Return policy: 1- Without prejudice to the provisions of the contractual and statutory warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product presented to him by the store within only one day from the date of receipt of the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after 24 hours have passed. 2- To replace the product, the product must be in good condition and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping if he wants to replace the product, and in international replacement, the consumer bears all shipping and delivery costs to the shipping company. The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications he set, excluding products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a manufacturing defect appears due to the consumer's mishandling. Return policy: Returns are accepted only in the following cases: 1- If a manufacturing defect appears from the factory and not due to the consumer's mishandling. 2- If it does not match the description of the product. - Orders cannot be canceled after confirmation and shipment. You can cancel the order before confirmation.
